Fabric is hard and very noisy, but product is well made and seems durable
The beds are pretty and well made. But the dogs absolutely hate it and lie next to the bed staring at me all heartbroken that I tossed out their old, smelly beds. The material is quite noisy to move on and our dog hates the scratchy sound it makes. I've bought them soft blankets to go on top. But nope, the mattress gives a "pffft" noise and they sit straight up and move off as soon as they can. They've never been this fussy before and usually adore their beds. So a bit confused and disappointed.
When I received this order the buckle was broken so I contacted Huntlea who immediately responded to me and collected the collar, fixed it and sent it back to me. My dog looks so beautiful with her collar. I would highly recommend Huntlea and its products

About the Product:
I'm very pleased with the product. While it is more expensive than others on the market, it performs exactly as I intended and feels sturdy and durable.
What Frustrated Me:
When I made my purchase, there was no indication that subscribing would grant me a discount coupon for my first order. Only after completing my purchase did I receive a welcome discount for first-time buyers. When I reached out to Huntlea to apply the discount retroactively, I was simply told that the code wouldn’t expire and could be used on a future purchase.
The problem? I don’t plan on making another purchase anytime soon. And even if I did, the discount applies to items priced between R300 and R400, whereas I spent nearly R2,000—meaning the discount would have been far more beneficial on this order.
So, in order to truly benefit, I’d have to spend another R2,000? No thanks.
I have used Huntlea to purchase all of our pet bits and pieces. Unfortunately the one collar we purchased, seems to have an issue with the buckle. Every time our Lab wears his, it falls off. Seems the middle piece in the buckle is too short to stay fastened in the buckle. The second collar for our other lab is perfectly fine.
